The burning question in the Hair & Beauty industry is where can salons and spa owners go to when they need advice on the way they are running their business?
Traditionally people learn the industry by coming up through the ranks, attending seminars and by reading articles related to the industry. Otherwise it is trial and error. In my experience these resources often tell you what needs to be done, and why you need to do it. But very seldom does it show you HOW!
So having a team of experts to go to for advice on any aspect of business specifically related to the hair and beauty industry makes perfectly good sense.
This has given birth to THREESIXFIVE Business, an information hub for the Hair & Beauty Industry.

THREESIXFIVE Business is the brain-child of Terry Miles, owner of MySalonSoftware but is targeted at every player in the hair & beauty industry, whether they use software or not, whether they are a one-man-show or own a group of salons. Our information is shared in the interest of empowering salon owners with more of the HOW!
Over time we will include business ideas, tips and contributions from various industry experts who are willing to share their knowledge and experiences.

We have many years’ experience in the hair & beauty industry, medical aesthetics practices and wellness business.
Our experience includes importation and distribution of professional products to the salon industry, operating a group of hair and beauty salon in SA and the UK.
Skills development training with SSETA, Business Partners and the Hairdressing Bargaining Council as well as many years writing business articles for both Hairnews and Salon International.
