As we continue to flourish, we are excited to announce opportunities for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Award Winning Team. At Slick Salons, we are currently seeking both Junior and Senior Sales Representatives, as well as a Brand Educator who share our commitment to delivering exceptional service.

We are continuing to grow in 2024 with additional brands coming on board these include haircare & a hair extensions brand.

Positions available in both Johannesburg & Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Available positions in 2024:

Junior & Senior Sales Representatives, and Brand Educator

Junior Sales Representative

• Proactively generate leads and contribute to the growth of our clientele.

• Implement effective sales strategies and assist in achieving team targets.

• Provide information about our premium services to potential clients.

Senior Sales Representative

• Lead the sales team, providing guidance and expertise.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Brand Educator

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our salon professionals in the field of haircare.

• Provide in-depth product knowledge to our team, ensuring they are well-versed in the use of cutting-edge products.

• Conduct engaging and interactive workshops, demonstrations, and seminars.

Curriculum Development

Qualifications

Junior Sales Representative

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Drivers license and own car

Senior Sales Representative

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven track record of successful sales experience.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Drivers license and own car

Brand Educator

• Qualified Hair Stylist

• Proven track record of successful education experience.

• Passion for Education

• Communication skills

• Drivers license and own car
