BEST DRAMATIC MAKEOVER - BEFORE & AFTER
Category Summary
This is a judged category where you can enter your own work. This category is to show the amazing power of a dramatic transformation that has left your client feeling confident and beautiful again. Whether cut or colour – show us the before and after’s that you are most proud of.
Photos do not have to be professional and can be taken in salon as long as the hair is clearly visible. You must submit one before photo and two after photos of your work.
Requirements & How to Enter
You must be a resident in South Africa to enter.
You may submit a MAXIMUM of two (2) entries per category and each entry must be emailed separately.
NO cross over entries will be allowed in the creative categories.

BEST HAND-PAINTED COLOR TECHNIQUE
Category Summary
This is a judged category where you can enter your own work. For this category We are looking for any multi-tonal free hand painted technique that provides dimension with light and shadow and blends perfectly to give hair a soft natural look.
Photos do not have to be professional and can be taken in salon as long as the hair is clearly visible. You can submit up to three photos of your work.

You must be a resident in South Africa to enter.
You may submit a MAXIMUM of two (2) entries per category and each entry must be emailed separately.

BEST MEN’S TRENDY CUT, COLOUR & STYLE
Category Summary
This is a judged category where you can enter your own work. Cut, style and shape a male model to be ready to hit the streets! Any trendy cut, colour & style can be submitted that shows a combination of technical and creative skills. Fading and clipper art are welcome as well as other creative effects.

Category Summary
This is a judged category where you can enter your own work. For this category We are looking for timelessly glamorous and flattering red carpet hairstyles. Whether its old Hollywood’s sleek and sculptural updo with cherry-red lipstick, curls that have been beautifully swept up with jeweled accessories, or glossy bombshell waves.
Photos do not have to be professional and can be taken in salon as long as the hair is clearly visible. You can submit up to three photos of your work.
