Monthly Service Revenue has remained steady from July through August, which is unexpected as we approach busy season. Despite the delay in the season approaching and the slight drop in August, the Total Service Revenue is still more than June, and the Annual Service Revenue continues to show an increase. Monthly Retail Revenue shows a slight decrease from last year; however, it remains the same as last months Total Retail.
Total Client visits are down from July and down from previous years. By analyzing all 3 graphs, we can conclude that there is an opportunity to increase retail sales, as there is an upward trend over the years. At ESP we use staff motivation to increase retail awareness and revenue.

In this day and age our clients may have ad and notification fatigue, and marketing that has worked in previous years may not be as effective in the competitive industry. Having creative marketing strategies is key in attracting new clients as well as putting systems in place to reconnect with existing clients, which is vital to increase your client retention. This is customer relationship management and needs to be part of your point of service system.
It's important to time price increases with the market trends, and the graphs suggest that this will take place at the end of September if you compare last year's September to October. Timing your price increase will minimize price sensitivity and could improve Service and Retail Turnover.
You can use systems like Loyalty Programs to reward your return clients, Client Reviews to get feedback from newer clients, Email Marketing to run promotions and competitions, Whatsapp Campaigns to connect with clients and reengage their interests, Booking Reminders to reduce no-shows, and smart scheduling to maximize your calendar. Find out what your business needs and implement it now to get ahead.
Spring greetings,
