Discovering LABEL.M Beyond the Products

MHB, exclusive distributors of LABEL.M in South Africa, recently hosted events in Cape Town and Johannesburg, giving clients an immersive introduction to the LABEL.M brand that went beyond the products.

Guests explored the world of LABEL.M through product discovery, interactive experiences and conversations about the brand, its values and the team behind it. They were also invited to write down one of their business goals and pop it into the Goal Box. But more about that later!

The presentations began with mhb’s National Sales Manager, Jacques Nortje, welcoming guests and sharing the mhb journey, including the story behind bringing LABEL.M on board in 2025. From there, National Educational Manager Elizma Crous took guests deeper into the brand, exploring LABEL.M’s commitment to sustainability and biocompatibility, along with the science and innovative technology behind its products. From a salon perspective, Carla Klue, LABEL.M Ambassador South Africa, shared her journey as a stylist and her love for LABEL.M. She spoke about the brand’s role in her salon, her approach to luxury and how meaningful consultations help her deliver a more personalised client experience.

Then it was time to open the Goal Box! Three cards were randomly selected at each event, giving the chosen stylists a chance to share their business goals with the group. It was a great way to exchange ideas with each participant receiving additional LABEL.M products as a thank-you.

Guests also explored four interactive stations. DISCOVERY offered hands-on product exploration, while STYLE focused on trying out LABEL.M styling products. At CAPTURE, a mirror selfie booth created fun keepsakes, with photos sent via WhatsApp using a template inspired by a LABEL.M fashion magazine cover. The LABEL.M BOARD invited guests to choose one word that best described the brand, creating a snapshot of their impressions.

Both events were a success, with positive feedback and plenty of excitement around LABEL.M. More than a product introduction, they offered hairstylists a chance to experience the brand’s story, science and approach to luxury, leaving them with fresh inspiration to take back to their salons.
