A cocktail of strawberry, chocolate and vanilla hues swirled together makes for a contrasting yet harmonious look that is bound to turn heads. This style embraces individuality, whether using natural tones or vivid colours, Neapolitan hair is a whimsically beautiful trend that can help to add a pop of colour to a darker base. If your client is looking for the more classic, bold look, that is reminiscent of the 90s block highlights – I’d recommend starting by mapping out the panels to create a block colour pattern, then rinse each panel separately with lukewarm water to avoid the colour bleeding. This high-contrast technique is perfect for any clients who are looking for a striking look. If you’re client is looking for something more blended and natural, then why not recommend experimenting with blonde and pink highlights against their darker base. The Neapolitan hair trend also works well with the peekaboo colouring technique, where the bold contrasting pink and blonde tone would hide under the darker base. Set to be one of this season’s sweetest hair trends, Neapolitan hair will have your clients craving a treat!
