Shimmering and seamless, Kira Ziegelmeier transformed her client’s outgrown bleach into a cool, sophisticated platinum that looks as soft as silk. Here is how Kira achieved this effect:
I used 50g of Wella Powder with 20 vol and 10mls of Wellaplex applying 1 cm away from root area and blending into where the previous foils were.
Then we applied to root area and let it process until pale yellow under a warm light We then used Wellas Illumina 35g 9/60 and 15g 10/69 with 100g 6vol. applied to roots first and then took it through to ends.
