Why REGROW Works Best as a Four-Step System

Hair thinning can feel complicated. REGROW makes the routine clear: cleanse, condition, provide targeted leave-in scalp support, and optimise the routine.

Your client does not need another 'miracle' bottle. They need a routine that makes sense.

Hair thinning can feel overwhelming, especially when every product seems to promise a different answer. It can also leave clients with an overflowing shelf of products used inconsistently, without a clear understanding of what each one is meant to do.

REGROW takes a more considered approach. Its Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Tonic and Derma Roller form a four-step system in which every step has a specific role. The first three are available in men's and women's formulations, while the Derma Roller complements either routine.

That is the value of a system: one product is not expected to do everything.

Why a complete routine matters

The scalp and the hair fibre do not need the same support at the same moment. A shampoo is rinsed away. A conditioner looks after the lengths. A leave-in tonic remains on the scalp. A Derma Roller is used only a few times a week as a targeted addition. Each step fills a gap the others cannot.

Put together, the routine becomes easy to explain and easier to follow: cleanse, condition, treat and optimise.

Step 1: Cleanse and prepare

REGROW Shampoo starts at the scalp. It removes everyday oil, residue and product build-up so that the scalp feels clean and the leave-in step can be applied with intention. Current formulas feature targeted cosmetic actives including caffeine, saw palmetto, niacinamide and biotin, selected to support scalp health and stronger, healthier-looking hair. Massage gently through wet hair and scalp, then rinse thoroughly. A clean scalp is not the whole answer, but it is the logical place to begin.

Step 2: Hydrate, strengthen and condition

When clients are worried about hair loss, they often focus only on the roots. Yet dry, fragile lengths and breakage can make the hair look thinner too. REGROW Conditioner provides lightweight hydration, smoothness and strength without unnecessary heaviness. Apply it on the scalp as well as through the mid-lengths and ends, leave for one to two minutes, then rinse. This step helps care for the hair that is already there while the scalp routine remains consistent.

Step 3: Add daily leave-in scalp support

The Hair Tonic is the targeted leave-in step - and the one most easily forgotten once wash day is over. The fast-absorbing formula includes caffeine, saw palmetto, niacinamide and biotin, with chilli and menthol for an energising scalp feel. Spray it directly onto a clean, towel-dried scalp at the roots, massage it in and do not rinse. Because the formula stays in place, it extends the routine beyond the shower. Consistent application matters more than applying extra one day and forgetting it the next.

Step 4: Absorb and boost with the Derma Roller

REGROW's precision-engineered Derma Roller features 540 ultra-fine 0.3 mm titanium needles. Used gently, it creates temporary micro-channels at the scalp surface, helping support circulation, natural scalp renewal and the absorption of the Hair Tonic. REGROW recommends using it two to three times a week with light, even pressure, rolling four to five times horizontally, vertically and diagonally over the target area.

Hygiene is essential: disinfect the roller with suitable rubbing alcohol before and after use, allow it to air-dry, and never share it. Do not use it on broken, irritated or infected skin, or over active scalp dermatitis. Stop using it if irritation or inflammation occurs.

Why the four steps work better together

Four steps do not mean four complicated daily chores. The Shampoo and Conditioner form the wash routine. The Hair Tonic provides daily leave-in scalp support. The Derma Roller complements that routine two to three times a week; it does not replace the daily care.

REGROW is designed as a three-month programme because changes in hair do not happen overnight. Some clients may begin to notice visible improvements around 12 weeks, while fuller-looking results may take three to six months. Results vary, which is why monthly progress photographs taken in the same light and from the same angle are far more useful than checking the mirror every day.

Powered by Nature. Backed by Science.

Developed in Australia after founder Adam Hungerford's almost 20 years in the hair-loss industry and more than 35,000 consultations, REGROW was created to make hair and scalp care more accessible, more positive and less confusing. Its formulas combine targeted cosmetic actives and botanical ingredients in a routine that fits into everyday life.

The four-step system works not because more is always better, but because each step does a different job and makes consistency easier. For clients, that means less product-hopping and a clearer plan. For stylists, it means a more useful hair-loss conversation and a home-care recommendation clients can actually understand.
