Dear Friends and Colleagues in the Hairdressing Industry

I hope this finds you well.

After much consideration and reflection, I have made the decision to retire from my professional endeavours at Kao South Africa.

While this is an exciting and bittersweet moment for me, it also presents an opportunity to express my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support over the years.

First and foremost, I would like to convey my sincerest appreciation for your trust and loyalty. Over the years, you have all been more than just clients to me. You have become an integral part of my journey. Your faith in my service, the fruitful partnerships we have built and the shared successes we have celebrated together have brought immense joy and fulfillment to my professional life.

As I embark on this new chapter of my life, filled as it is with mixed emotions, I will miss the day-to-day interactions and collaborations but look forward to embracing new experiences and pursuing interests that have long awaited my attention.

Kao as a company would like to assure you that the transition process will be handled meticulously to ensure minimal disruptions to your operations. A team of highly capable individuals have been put together to continue delivering the exceptional service you have come to expect from us.

Reflecting on our journey together, I am truly grateful for the trust and collaboration we have enjoyed. It has been an honour and a privilege to serve you and be part of your growth and accomplishments.

I am immensely grateful to have had the opportunity to work with you all.

In closing, here’s wishing you continued success and prosperity in all your future endeavours.

Yours Sincerely.

STEVE LEAHY

Managing Director
