With this collection I wanted to explore a strong commercial cutting collection on real people that clients could relate to.

I wanted to truly focus on the haircuts and decided to keep all the models the same colour and tone to bring a monochrome effect when tied in with the styling.

The vibe of the collection I drew inspiration of from music legend David Bowie.

I am inspired by the simplistic art of Geoffry Smart as well as Brutalist architecture that thrived from the 50’s through to the 70’s.

I love the sixties and the whole era of the simplistic nature of the fashion with clean lines and strong shapes and structure.

Twiggy, Mia Farrow and Mary Quant comes to mind with the inspiration for the hair.
