Q&A Part 2:

1 Everlasting Bonds Pre-Shampoo for damaged, stressed hair

salon exclusive - pH~3.5

Q : Should the Everlasting Bonds Pre-Shampoo be used before or after shampooing?

A: always before shampooing, on damp, towel-dried hair.

Q:  Is the Everlasting Bonds Pre-Shampoo a conditioner or a mask?

A: neither. It is a specific treatment developed to repair and strengthen the hair structure before cleansing. It does not replace a conditioner or mask.

Q: Is the Everlasting Bonds Pre-Shampoo a preparatory treatment?

A: no. It is a treatment step that acts immediately to repair the disulfide bonds, starting the repair process from the beginning and improving hair’s structure. It is an essential part of the Everlasting Bonds Pro Service, the intensive in-salon treatment.

Q: How should the Everlasting Bonds Pre-Shampoo be applied correctly?

A: apply to damp, towel-dried, unwashed hair. Leave on for 3 up to 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and proceed with Everlasting Bonds Shampoo.

Q: Does it build-up on the hair?

A: no. None of the Everlasting Bonds products leave residue or cause build-up.

Q: Which hair types can benefit from it?

A: all hair types.

Q:  Do I need to wash the hair prior to the Pre-Shampoo if the hair is very dirty?

A: no, we only do a shampoo before the Everlasting Bonds Pre-Shampoo in very specific cases (see synergy with technical services below). Dirty hair doesn’t require any preparation; if necessary, Everlasting Bonds Shampoo can be applied twice in the following step.

Q:  Can I use the Everlasting Bonds Pre-Shampoo on the scalp as well?

A: Everlasting Bonds treatments are designed to repair the disulfide bonds located within the hair fibre (an essential component of keratin structure) and to strengthen and nourish the hair throughout its length. For this reason, the Everlasting Bonds Pre-Shampoo should be applied exclusively to mid-lengths and ends.

Q: What are the  recommended average dosages?

A: approximately between 5ml and 15ml, depending on the length and thickness of the hair.

2 Everlasting Bonds Shampoo for damaged, stressed hair

pH ~ 5.5

Q: Can I use the Everlasting Bonds Shampoo every day?

A: yes, it is formulated for frequent use and is very gentle.

Q: Does the Everlasting Bonds Shampoo have good cleansing power?

A: absolutely. Despite its gentle nature, the Shampoo provides an effective cleansing and produces a rich and creamy foam when properly emulsified.

Q: Is it suitable for curly hair?

A: yes, it is suitable for all textures, including curly hair.

Q: Is it safe for chemically  treated hair?

A: yes, it can be used on coloured, lightened, or permed hair.

Q: How should the Everlasting Bonds Shampoo be applied correctly?

A: apply to wet hair, massage, rinse, and repeat if necessary. Follow with Everlasting Bonds Conditioner or Mask.

Q: What are the recommended average dosages?

A: approximately between 5ml and 15ml, depending on the length and thickness of the hair.

3 Everlasting Bonds Conditioner & Mask for damaged, stressed hair

pH ~ 4.0

Q: What is the difference between Everlasting Bonds Conditioner and Mask?

A: both contain the same active ingredients but have different focuses:

  • Everlasting Bonds Conditioner is designed for frequent and long-term use. It repairs deep damage while providing immediate detangling, exceptional combability, and smoothness.

  • Everlasting Bonds Mask is a more intensive treatment, used when the hair requires stronger, more targeted repair.

  • In addition, Everlasting Bonds Conditioner is for at-home use only, while Everlasting Bonds Mask is used both at home and professionally in-salon as part of the intensive Everlasting Bonds Pro Service.

Q: Can I use Everlasting Bonds Conditioner/Mask with every wash?

A: for those who wash their hair daily or almost daily, Everlasting Bonds Conditioner is recommended; Everlasting Bonds Mask can be used occasionally for more intensive treatment.

Q: Do Everlasting Bonds Conditioner and Everlasting Bonds Mask help with detangling?

A: yes, both soften and help detangle hair. In particular, Everlasting Bonds Conditioner provides an immediate combability.

Q:  How should they be applied correctly?

A:

  • Everlasting Bonds Conditioner: after Everlasting Bonds Shampoo, remove excess water from hair, apply to lengths and ends, distribute evenly, leave on 3–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

  • Everlasting Bonds Mask: after Everlasting Bonds Shampoo, remove as much water as possible. Apply to lengths and ends, distribute evenly, leave on 3–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

  • In both cases, we recommend a maximum of 10 minutes of processing time. They should not be used as overnight treatments or long-wear masks. The tests conducted certify the effectiveness of the line with a sitting time of 10 minutes, while similarly showing no additional benefit when the exposure time is increased. In either case, complete the treatment by applying Everlasting Bonds Leave-In Treatment to rinsed, towel-dried hair before styling.

Q: Are they suitable for curly hair?

A: yes, they are excellent for every texture, contributing to elasticity and definition.

Q: Are they safe for chemically treated hair?

A: yes. The entire Everlasting Bonds treatment is suitable for coloured, bleached or permed hair.

Q: What are the recommended average dosages?

A: for both products, between 5ml and 15ml, depending on the length and thickness of the hair.
