Compatibility with Other Treatments & Services
Q: Can I use other products from other lines after the Everlasting Bonds treatment?
A: yes. After Everlasting Bonds, you can use any preferred milk_shake® leave-in, as well as styling products from lines such as Curl Passion or Lifestyling.
Q: Can the Everlasting Bonds Pro Service intensive treatment be used on the same day as a technical service?
A: yes, for various services, with specific procedures (except on the day of the K-Respect service):
Colour: after colour: rinsing, towel-dry, apply Everlasting Bonds Pre-Shampoo, then proceed by following directions to the remaining treatment steps.
Toning: follow the same procedure as colour.
Bleaching services (partial/full techniques) + toning: after bleaching, use Colour Specific Clarifying Shampoo to remove any product residues. Proceed with toning, rinse thoroughly, towel-dry, then begin the service with Everlasting Bonds Pre-Shampoo and continue with all steps as mentioned above.
Perm: to execute the Everlasting Bonds treatment on the day of the perm, proceed as the official Pre-Shampoo and Shampoo how to use before winding the rods (Mask is optional). After rod removal and full neutralization, repeat only the Everlasting Bonds Mask step.
K-Respect: Everlasting Bonds Pro Service is ideal as a preparatory step in the weeks before the service but cannot be used on the same day of the keratin treatment. Afterwards, use the milk_shake®k-respect smoothing shampoo and conditioner. Everlasting Bonds remains compatible with keratin-treated hair requiring deep repair, strength, and nourishment.
Q: During the in‑salon treatment, can I add Pure Pigments to the Everlasting Bonds Mask to refresh or modify the client’s colour?
A: no, the structure of the Everlasting Bonds Mask’s formula, like that of the other products in the line, is highly specific, technologically advanced, and calibrated to deliver maximum effectiveness in rebuilding disulfide bonds while also enhancing the hair’s cosmetic quality.
Adding Pure Pigments to the Mask would compromise its performance and is therefore not recommended. Moreover, the specialised ingredients in Everlasting Bonds are not designed to be mixed with other products.
