Local Inspiration from Reon da Costa at Tosca Salon

Another Breathtakingly Beautiful Blonde Transformation by Reon da Costa from Tosca Salon.

I isolated half a head of finely woven babylights into foil using @lorealpro Studio 8 Lightner with 20 Volume activator (1:2).

I eliminated her demarcation line from the previous lightening service and brightened her midstrands and ends.

I also added Smartbond (Bond Builder) to the formula to preserve her hair and prevent breakage.

No root shadow was necessary as the hair lifted to an even level 10.

When toning, I used Dialight 9.21 for a soft, violet-ash deposit, leaving us with a beautiful icy blonde. 🧊❄️

I also gave her a fresh trim off the ends to remove and visible damage & finished her hair using my @ghd_southafrica / @ghdhair helios hairdryer.
