Formula:
I did a full head of fine back to back highlights with Fanola 9 level powder bleach on the roots, blue powder bleach with 10 vol on the ends.
Toned with 10.11 + 11.2 to achieve final color.
Did a fanola botugen treatment to finish off the color service
