The main difference is the results you’d like to achieve. I did my signature HALO balayage technique which adds impact face framing placement and gives a natural, low maintenance look, using Schwarzkopf Igora Royal.
Shade 12-19 + 12-11 with 12% . The Highlifts lift and tone on any virgin hair from a natural level 6 and up.
