Kao Salon Division proudly announces that Dominic Pratt, formerly Vice President R&D, Skin Care Products Research, will succeed Cory Couts, Global President, Kao Salon Division, to lead the Goldwell, KMS, Oribe and VARIS brands worldwide. This will be effective from September 1, 2021. After nine years based in Darmstadt, Germany, Couts will leave the company and return to his home country of the United States.
Pratt has a long history in Kao Salon Division, having led the division’s innovative R&D, and been a member of the Executive Salon Lead Team for many years.
