We are on the hunt for a Haircare Educator & Innovative Sales Leader to light up salons, boost business, and inspire excellence!

What You'll Do:

• Educate & Inspire: Run exciting in-salon training sessions.

• Engage Customers: Offer expert product advice, demos, and technical support.

• Drive Sales Growth: Partner with sales reps to fuel promos and hit sales targets.

• Stay Ahead: Track industry trends, manage training reports & plan sales visits.

We're Looking For:

• A natural presenter who loves connecting with people

• A proven sales performer (3+ years in a sales role)

• Valid Driver's License + own reliable car

• Passion, hustle, and a whole lot of hair love
