This year, colour trends will see more neutral, grounded tones replacing the bold, pop colours. Fashion tones will change to Nostalgic Brights, inspired by the charming retro colours of the 70s. Orange, Green and Lilac will make a nostalgic comeback. As part of this palette one colour comes forward to make a statement about the upcoming year: Lilac Aura.
This electric pastel tone defines 2021 for two reasons. Firstly, it provides comfort by hinting at the nostalgia of previous decades. Secondly, it embodies the digital revolution!
Lilac Aura is plucked from the digital world, but retains a familiar quality. This pastel echoes the past but proclaims the future.

The colour has so much commercial potential – it strikes a wonderful balance between soft and flirtatious while giving a calm serenity. It will look great in just about everyone’s hair!”
