• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and desires.

• Perform a variety of technical services including highlights, color treatments, balayage, Brazilian blowouts, and more, to achieve clients' desired looks.

• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle, providing expert advice and recommendations.

• Create personalized hair designs that enhance clients' natural features and reflect current fashion trends.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained.

• Act as a mentor to junior stylists, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to help them grow in their careers.

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to expand skills and stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Stylist in a reputable salon.

• Proficiency in a wide range of technical services including coloring,

• Highlighting, balayage, and Brazilian blowouts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. •Passion for creativity and staying ahead of fashion trends.
