We are honoured to announce that Claire Wilson will be joining us at this year’s Goldwell event, bringing with her over three decades of global industry leadership, innovation, and education excellence.
With a career spanning 33 years within the Kao Salon Division, Claire’s journey began behind the chair as a hairdresser before becoming a salon owner at just 23 years old. Her talent and drive quickly propelled her from the salon floor to the international stage, where she established herself as a respected platform artist, team leader, and global educator.

Claire is widely recognised as the creative force behind pioneering education initiatives, including the KMS IQ Cutting Method, a program that has empowered stylists around the world with modern, intelligent cutting techniques and commercial confidence.
Throughout her career, she has played an instrumental role in shaping education strategy and contributing to product innovation across local, regional, and global markets. Her influence extends far beyond the classroom — impacting how stylists think, create, and build sustainable businesses.
Today, as Commercial Education Director for EMEA, Claire leads education across Goldwell, KMS, and Kerasilk, continuing to champion creative excellence while driving commercial growth throughout the professional industry.
Her presence at this event signals more than attendance, it represents global commitment, international connection, and the future direction of professional hair education.
This March, South Africa will not just experience artistry on stage, but leadership shaping the industry worldwide.
