EDUCATOR
Cape Town - Western Cape Region
Empowering excellence through product education and training, sales support, and in-salon assistance.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Product Education & Training: Deliver engaging in-salon, studio, virtual, and social media product demonstrations and workshops. Train salon professionals and internal sales teams on new and existing products.
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with sales consultants to support cycle promotions and stay informed about competitor activity and industry trends.
Customer Engagement: Provide in-salon assistance, technical support, and product advice. Address and resolve product-related complaints professionally.
Event Participation: Style models for product launches, shows, and seminars. Support the execution of marketing events and new product introductions.
Administrative Duties: Submit accurate reports on training activities, manage stock and sales aids, and adhere to company policies regarding time and expense tracking.
Material & Stock Management: Maintain and monitor demonstration stock and ensure sales and promotional materials are in excellent condition.
Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes Required:
Minimum Matric/Grade 12, along with a certified hairdresser qualification and Trade Test
5 years of experience as a qualified stylist in a salon
Relevant experience in a similar position is advantageous
Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
Reliable vehicle – a car allowance is part of the package
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Exceptional abilities in presenting, demonstrating, and training
Demonstrates a polished appearance with outstanding interpersonal and people skills
Collaborative team member demonstrating initiative, creativity, and unwavering integrity
Skilled in leveraging social media platforms for effective communication and educational initiatives
Start Date: 1 September 2026, or as soon as the right candidate is available
Location: This is a hybrid position, our Head Office is in Epping, Cape Town
Remuneration: Basic salary according to skills and experience, plus incentives, fuel card, and phone allowance
