Total Service Revenue remains steady from last months increase and is up from last year, showing that the season is settling in and clients are returning to regular routines.

Total Retail Revenue is slightly decreased from August but increased from last year — which was the highest since April — suggesting clients are back to their usual spending habits after winter.

Client Visits are down both from last month and from last year, indicating that while spending per visit is improving, there’s room to attract more clients back into the salon.

Now’s the perfect time to focus on re-engagement: use Loyalty Programs to reward return clients, Online bookings to increase convenient bookings, and WhatsApp or Email Campaigns to reconnect and fill appointment gaps.
