Monthly Service Revenue has a steady increase month to month and annually despite the significant decrease from April to May which has been an annual trend.

Total Retail Revenue has a slight decrease from March to May however the overall monthly Retail performance is showing a positive trend and increased revenue when comparing to last year. This increase in revenue comes despite a continued decrease in client visits—both monthly and annually.

The data reveals an encouraging trend.

Although overall foot traffic has decreased, those who do visit are spending more. This indicates stronger customer engagement and a higher value placed on the experience or offerings. It’s a clear sign that when clients do come, they’re more invested.

The opportunity now lies in building on this engagement by boosting client retention and reactivating past visitors—ensuring that this deeper connection translates into sustainable, long-term growth.

All the best,

ESP Management
