Dear EOHCB Member & Industry,

We confirm that our industry (Personal Care Sector - Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty and Skincare Industry) has not been detrimentally affected by the latest amended risk adjustment level 3 of lockdown.

The national curfew of 23h00 - 04h00 applies to the entire country including hotspots. All citizens must be confined to their place of residence during these hours. Moving outside the curfew should only be for essential purposes such as going to work, getting food/medical/security supplies etc. If the need to leave your house is not essential, stay at home to limit your risk of exposure and to reduce the number of infections. Stricter regulations may be implemented for hotspots and more hotspots may be identified as the effectiveness of adjusted level 3 is monitored by the National COVID Command Council in curbing the spread of the virus.

Please click on the below link to access the published gazette effective as of 1 February 2021. The Personal Sector-Specific regulations as published on 19 June 2020 remain in place during adjusted alert level 3.

Kind Regards,

The EOHCB Team
