Applicants should have their own transport and be available to start immediately.
Vera Vita Salon and Barber Shop is located in a secure gated off stand alone centre.
Within the centre there is an upmarket Italian restaurant which was established over 17 years ago, called Vera Vita.
The restaurant has an exquisite Modern Italian Feel, with a very impressive menu, complimented by a spacious and inviting patio.
Attached to the restaurant is an upmarket meeting room, with the strategy of servicing the brand new Magistrates Court recently completed over the road, opening in April.
There are also Private areas for functions attached to the restaurant, leading out onto the patio,
There is sufficient parking outside of the Barber shop, as well as parking inside the gates of the centre.
The centre will be open 7 days a week with permanent security.
We are looking for a company to take over the salon and barber area on a rental basis.
