Closure of Council Offices 23 Dec – 4 Jan


Please note the Council will be closing for the festive season on 23 December 2020 and will resume on 4 January 2021. Should you have any questions or queries during this time, please send an email to amend@hcsbc.co.za for assistance.


Council would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every establishment, employee and legal owner for the continued support received in 2020. This was a year of firsts in a lot of ways and it presented its challenges. The Council would like to wish you and your loved ones a very special and safe festive season and an extremely prosperous 2021.
