December 2023 SEASON’S GREETINGS
The Council and staff extend their best wishes to all in the industry for a happy, peaceful and safe holiday season and a successful 2024.
Please note that the Council’s Offices will close at 16h00 on Thursday, 21 December 2023 and will re-open on Tuesday, 2 January 2024.
Main Collective Agreement
Following on the collective agreement entered into between the parties on 2 June this year, the Main Collective Agreement was published in the Government Gazette (No. 49759) by the Minister of Employment and Labour on 24 November 2023. The Main Collective Agreement and the specific terms and conditions for Areas A, B, C and D, including the wage schedules, can be downloaded from the Council’s website. www.hcsbc.co.za/downloads.
Wage Schedules Effective from 1 January 2024

EOHCB Membership Fees 2024

Important Reminders
Salon Numbers
Please remember to use your Salon Number (SAL No.) as a reference when making payments to the Council and in all communications with the Council. The Council is unable to allocate payments when the salon references are not included. When emailing the Council please include your Salon Number (SAL No.) in the subject line of the email.
