Important industry update from the Bargaining Council.

For various reasons currently under discussion, the National Bargaining Council for the Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty and Skincare Industry has resolved to, for the foreseeable future, not invoke any bargaining levy against any non-party legal owners.

As such, non-party legal owners will not be obliged to make payment of the bargaining levy of R 524.00, until further notice.

The Basic Council Fee of R 225.75 will remain applicable.
