Dear EOHCB Members & Industry,

Subsequent to previous communication from the EOHCB, providing Government with a deadline of Monday, 9 June 2020, at 12h00, we confirm that Government has failed to publish the Sector-specific Regulations for the Personal Care Sector under Alert Level 3 and did not respond before or by 12h00.

This failure and disregard from Government, has left the EOHCB with no alternative but to mandate its attorney to draft an urgent application to re-open the Personal Care Sector, which will be lodged with the High Court, citing all relevant Ministers of the National COVID Command Commission.

Once the application has been made, we will update members with the detail and court date.

Kind Regards,

The EOHCB Team.
