Cruise Ships will Sail Again: Sooner than you Think

The cruise ship industry is heading out of the closures caused due to the Covid-19 pandemic and cruise ships are now looking into the future, at dates to restart their operations.

Some cruise lines may resume sailing as early as August this year, while others are hoping to start up again in September, October or November. Because the pandemic has affected different areas at different times and in different ways, many cruise lines will probably offer a staggered reopening based on where they sail. Cruise ships are looking to the latest medical research and technology to guide their protocols in reopening and ensure that public spaces on the ships remain safe and low risk.

The good news is that future bookings have been taken up enthusiastically after return sail dates have been published, with most surveyed guests saying that they would not hesitate to book another cruise post-coronavirus. People love cruising, are missing it, and the long term future is looking very bright.
