The Cutting Room, a well established salon in Lonehill, Johannesburg, recently changed ownership. To celebrate, and let everyone in the mall know about this exciting news, they had a celebration on 10 March, with champagne, balloons, cupcakes, and gorgeous giveaway bags sponsored by L’Oréal Professionnel, Redken and Kérastase.
