L’Oréal Colour Trophy: Judges Bertram K and Jack Howard Revealed

The final two judges for the L’Oréal Colour Trophy South Africa have been revealed – the iconic Bertram K and Jack Howard will be assessing your work, together with Sophia Hilton, Matthew Collins, Min Kim and Berni Ottjes.

Bertram K

For this hairdressing legend, haircutting is his vocation and passion. He works intuitively to transform his visions into reality, inspired by art, movies, music and travel. Bertram K became art director in just two years during his time with Toni & Guy, and has worked backstage at fashion shows for Dior, Helmut Lang, Issey Miyake, Balenciaga and more. Bertram works internationally for L’Oréal Professionnel, and teaches the “Bertram K Method” of using positive energy to cut hair in an uncomplicated and efficient way.

 

Jack Howard

With a host of A-list celebrity clientele, hair colourist and educator Jack Howard is credited with originally bringing balayage to the UK. A L’Oréal Professionnel UK Colour Spokesperson and Global Ambassador who is based at Paul Edmonds salon in between his travels, he teaches hugely popular courses worldwide. His intuition and creative eye go beyond seasonal trends when it comes to developing natural, soft and effortless looks for his clients, that stand the test of time.
