Silver Pearl Root Drag Recipe by Tammy Erasmus, Scar Hair

Going darker made this hair look gloriously healthy and was the best decision for this client. Here’s the root drag formula that Tammy Erasmus used to create this shimmering, silvery-pearl effect.

The client’s hair was previously highlighted.

I did a root drag using Colour Touch from Wella, 6/0 + 7/0 with a 1.9%, ratio 1:2.

For the mid lengths to ends I used Illumina Glossing 8/0, 9/60, 8/38 mixed with a 1.9%.

I finished off by giving her a good chop to define the style!
