Ella Benn and Alet Swart Hold the Titles
Redken Own-It Awards Week has just passed, and what a week it was! It kicked off with incredible hairstyling education from iconic Redken artists Sam Villa and Adam Browne, and concluded with a star-studded finals night where the winners Ella Benn from Excentric (junior) and Alet Swart from Maison Costa (senior) were announced– their prize is the educational trip of a lifetime to the USA!

The Shows: Stage stars and superb showmen Adam Browne and Sam Villa kicked off the night with incredible stage work. They were assisted by the Redken South Africa artistic team: Louita Dreyer, Ellen Loxton, Maritza Oberholzer, Rocky van der Merwe, Dawid Kriel, Tara Lewis and Dillan Milosevich.
The Finalists: Eight talented hairstylists showed their brilliant work on stage. As Sam Villa said, every person standing on that stage was a winner. Congratulations to finalists Elia Luisa da Silva, Lauren van der Spuy, Kayleigh Faye, Elani Fox, Rosaline McIvor, and Leticia Smith, and to the overall winners Alet Swart and Ella Benn.
