The team of learners from Zephyr Hair, Gillits, KZN, recently paid it forward by going to Fulton School for the Deaf, where they cut and blow dried the staff’s hair. “Giving back to our community gives everyone self-worth, as well as an opportunity to practice their skill and communication,” owner Lizel Comfort explains. “This was a wonderful concept and I’d like to encourage other salons to get involved with your communities, and pay it forward!”
