UIF Update: Employees can get Paid Directly

There has been an update to the Covid-19 TERS UIF process.

Employees whose employer claims for UIF through the TERS scheme, can now get paid directly into their bank accounts, rather than into their employer’s account. This means that employees will have quicker access to their relief money as they do not have to wait for their employer to transfer the funds.
