The latest trends in decor will, at some stage, overlap into salon design and if the trend is a lasting one, there’s a good chance you might incorporate it into your salon. What do you think of the trends below, and which ones would work for you – now, or in the future?
1.Mural Wallpaper and Wall Art – it’s a big trend that certainly can translate to salons, with a big “picture wall” in the right area – in fact, some salons are ahead of this trend!
2.Curvy Furniture and Soft Lines – this is easy to incorporate into a salon although it does depend on the overall harmony of your design, and the shape of your existing layout and furniture.
3.Rich Green as a Colour – this won’t work for every salon as it’s a strong colour that could influence hair colour – but with today’s trend towards all things “green”, greenery is a great element to bring into your salon in other ways!
