Barbercraft is the biggest barbering competition of the year and will see the country’s top talent competing for the sought-after title of Barber of the Year. It will be a day filled with inspiration, including inspirational demos and stage sessions, and of course the championship rounds.
The Barber of the Year will win R10,000 in cash, a trophy, and a certificate to display in your salon.
Competition sections include The Beard, The Shave, The Classic, The Pattern, and The Creative.
How do you qualify for the Barber of the Year Award?
You must be a qualified barber, and enter three or more of the competition categories to be eligible for the Barber of the Year Award!
Students, or unqualified barbers working in the trade, can also enter this competition in separate categories.
