During the pandemic, there has never been a more important time to communicate with your clients – about everything from your opening hours, any changes to your business, the services you are offering, and of course, the safety protocols in place.

We love the upbeat communications that Shag High Voltage Hair, Port Elizabeth, sends out on their salon Facebook page and we particularly liked their strong leadership shown here with regards to safety protocols and mask wearing. Taking a positive stand and explaining it is for the good and safety of all – well done team!

Here is their announcement:

Hey Hey High Voltage Nation

First and foremost, we at Shag would like to say thank you to our incredible clients and customers for sticking it out with us, you are all truly incredible!

Secondly, as we move into the festive season we would like to reiterate some of the rules and regulations we do have in place to ensure the health and safety of both our patrons and staff members:

Upon entry, you will be required to sign in and be screened

Wearing a mask is compulsory; upon entry to the salon as well as for the duration of your appointment Everyone over the age of 18 will be asked to attend their appointments alone

We thank you for your continued support and patience and we look forward to having a High Voltage Festive Season with you
