A warning to all salons that with the festive season approaching, we need to be vigilant about petty theft and organised crime, as salons can be targeted, along with other businesses. Keep an eye on new clients and unknown walk-ins, and ensure that your security systems are in place, cameras are working, staff are briefed, and your insurance is fully up to date. If a theft or robbery does occur in your salon, report it to the police and also alert neighbouring businesses and your local private security.
