Blu Gel’s Blue Formula

It’s a gorgeous, multifaceted, intense blue... refreshed from a previous application, and here’s how the Blu Gel team did it!

Ends were pre lightened previously and previous blue had faded. Product used was Goldwell Elumen 1/2 Bl@all + 1/2 Tq@all.
