The finalists for the Twincare Hairstylist of the Year have been announced – and we can’t wait for the evening of 5 November when they will be showcasing their talent on stage at the finals! Nak had the incredible opportunity recently to work on a campaign shoot for Marilize De Clercq, personal stylist and style mentor, who joined the NAK team a few months ago as Brand Ambassador. Marilize put together a photo shoot featuring 7 stunning models from her wide variety of glamorous clients and friends. The venue for the shoot was the ball room at the exclusive Val De Vie estate, and the brief was Modern Glam channelling celebrities featured in Vogue’s famous front cover shoots. The Style Bar team assisted, using Nak Hair products to finish, hold and add shine to the models gorgeous locks. The favourite product of the day was the Aromas Oil and High volume Spray. With MAC make-up artists by our side we achieved incredible looks fit for a queen. The whole day was captured by director Desmond Denton from Imagenheart who will create a “short film” of this milestone and collaboration. This will be released near year end on our Facebook page and website. After Marilize had done the styling, we had the opportunity to see the brilliant and very talented Claudia De Nobrega at work, shooting gorgeous image after image of the already stunning models.
